1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lucky67 ("lucky67", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of all services available at lucky67.pro, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, wallet services, and customer support.

By creating a lucky67 account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or access the lucky67 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered lucky67 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC number, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. lucky67 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

2.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. lucky67 shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP verification codes. Any activity conducted through your lucky67 account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact lucky67 support immediately via live chat. lucky67 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

lucky67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required under our international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. lucky67 reserves the right to suspend a player account pending completion of identity verification at any time.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lucky67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lucky67 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency at this time.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa: Rs 100
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): Rs 500
• Deposits are credited to your lucky67 PKR wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• lucky67 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal to JazzCash or EasyPaisa: Rs 200
• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. KYC completion is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved.
• Standard processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: 5–20 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified bank account matching the player's CNIC name.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

lucky67 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illicit activity. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns will be flagged for review. lucky67 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse transactions pending satisfactory explanation from the player. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required under applicable international gaming license obligations.

4. Betting Rules & Cricket Markets

4.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on lucky67 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. lucky67 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

4.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for ICC tournaments). In the event of a discrepancy between lucky67's data feed and official results, the official result shall prevail.

4.3 Void Bets

lucky67 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets under the following circumstances:

• Match abandonment or postponement without rescheduling within 48 hours
• Manifest errors in the published odds (palpable errors) identified before or after bet settlement
• Confirmed or suspected match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption
• Technical failures affecting odds data integrity
• Bets placed after the official start of an event using pre-event odds

Where bets are voided, stakes are returned to the player's PKR wallet in full.

4.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on lucky67 — including ball-by-ball cricket markets during PSL and international fixtures — are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets. lucky67 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension or market closure will be settled according to the applicable result.

4.5 Maximum Bet Limits

lucky67 applies maximum bet limits across all markets. These limits vary by sport, competition, and market type. Maximum payout limits also apply per event. lucky67 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual players at its discretion, including reducing limits for players identified as professional bettors or those exploiting pricing errors.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, deposit matches, and promotional offers issued by lucky67 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your lucky67 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Eligible Markets for Wagering

Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Cricket betting markets and selected casino table games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Certain low-margin games, live casino titles, and jackpot slots may contribute a reduced percentage or zero percent. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on lucky67:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once
• Coordinating with other players to hedge bonus funds across accounts
• Placing opposing bets across lucky67 accounts to neutralise wagering requirements
• Using automated tools or bots to complete wagering requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, lucky67 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend the player's account, and permanently ban the player from future promotional offers.

5.5 PSL and World Cup Promotions

lucky67 runs Pakistan-specific seasonal promotions tied to PSL fixtures, ICC World Cup campaigns, and Asia Cup tournaments. These promotions are available exclusively to registered Pakistani players with verified accounts. Promotion schedules, bonus amounts, and specific eligibility criteria are published in the Promotions section of the platform.

6. Responsible Gaming

lucky67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable, or if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, you are strongly encouraged to use lucky67's responsible gaming tools.

The following tools are available to all registered lucky67 players at no cost:

• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeout reminders.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky67 platform — including but not limited to the lucky67 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of lucky67 or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lucky67 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content for commercial purposes
• Use the lucky67 brand name or logo without prior written consent
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect odds data or other platform data
• Create derivative works based on lucky67's proprietary content

Any unauthorised use of lucky67's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucky67 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from platform downtime during live cricket events
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank)
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Interruptions to in-play betting markets caused by data feed failures beyond lucky67's control
• Any decision by a relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board or ICC) that results in bet voidance

lucky67 makes no warranty that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. lucky67's total aggregate liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during that month.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by lucky67

lucky67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player
• Court order, regulatory direction, or requirement under our gaming license

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, lucky67 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, voided bet winnings, or funds associated with fraudulent activity. Legitimately deposited and wagered funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method following investigation.

10.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your lucky67 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining PKR balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your last verified payment method. Please note that account closure is not the same as self-exclusion; if you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, we strongly recommend requesting self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page instead.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under lucky67's international gaming license jurisdiction. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.

lucky67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the lucky67 platform homepage or via the registered mobile number on the player's account, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the lucky67 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
